In January of 1998, we purchased our own building on Coral Way, which we have completely renovated into a state-of-the-art law office. The "Kingcade Building" is located at 1370 Coral Way, a historic, tree-lined street that is centrally located between downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Key Biscayne, and Miami Beach.

In addition to his extensive experience as a bankruptcy attorney, Timothy S. Kingcade is also a certified public accountant (CPA); this provides him with a unique understanding of how to handle tax-motivated bankruptcy cases against the IRS.

Southern Florida is home to a diverse population, and our firm provides caring, personalized service to people from all walks of life. We reach out to members of the gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender (GLBT) community who are in need of Chapter 7 bankruptcy or foreclosure defense services. Additionally, all of the attorneys, staff, and support personnel at our firm are fully bilingual, speaking both English and Spanish. Te tratamos en español.

We offer reasonable fees, and payment plans are available to clients in Chapter 7 and foreclosure defense cases. Our office is just minutes from most areas of Miami, with convenient access to I-95, U.S. 1, and the Dolphin Expressway (SR 836). We are available Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 8:00 a.m. to noon.
